How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?
Please note all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
It would be helpful if you could give me 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment as I spend a considerable amount of time preparing for each session. I will always endeavour to re-book, but if this is not possible, I will have to charge 50% of the fee for the first appointment cancelled without 24 hours notice and the full fee for the second, and subsequent appointments cancelled without 24 hours.
